Deep Seawater

We offer free of charge “Celestine Water” in every guest room. This water is deep seawater that is taken from the offshore area of Muroto Cape, Kochi Prefecture. The water is pumped directly through a pipeline that originates 200 meters below the sea where sunlight does not reach. The water is pure 100% deep seawater that is minimally affected by the atmosphere or land water. It contains a good balance of the minerals and minor elements essential for the human body. For this reason, it is said that this water improves the bloodstream and has highly beneficial effects on health and beauty.

Coffee and Kagoshima Tea

The coffee we provide in the Celestine lounge and guest rooms are prepared by strictly selecting and mixing coffee beans produced in Central and South America, such as Colombia and Guatemala, aging* the beans, preparing deeply roasted mocha, then blending the coffee to extract its original sweetness at the optimum level. We invite you to enjoy our special blended coffee that has a mild flavor with a hint of astringency and our original Kagoshima Tea that is produced as produced under the concept of the memory of the land. The coffee and Kagoshima Tea made with the Celestine water in the guest room enables you to enjoy an especially exquisite taste.

The coffee is made using a complex blending process by keeping the raw coffee beans under constant conditions for several years before roasting them according to our special technique.
